Prue Burke has been managing three of my properties in Brisbane and Ipswich for the last five years. I am very happy with her service. She has a good memory for detail about landlords and tenants, she is very experienced and has a great team of co-workers. Prue is also very up to date on rental movements and vacancy rates. In addition, she takes her own initiative to reward good tenants (eg. with chocolates) while constantly harasses the bad ones until they pay/move out/clean up property. Would gladly recommend her services to anyone wanting to rent out their property.

Our company has been using Ray White as a referred property manager for over 10 years. Prue Burke is our main contact at Ray White and she manages most of our clients properties. We are extremely happy with her service and the service she provides our clients. Prue is always up to date with regards to vacancy rates and expected rents in each estate she manages. She treats every client as a VIP and goes out of her way to make sure they are provided with the best possible service. In addition she is has a very expanse knowledge of the property managing industry. We would recommend her services to anyone looking at renting out their property or looking at changing rental agencies.

Our investment property is being managed by Ray White Taigum for over two years now. Chantal Coetzee has been the property manager and provides us with a fantastic, second to none service. Chantal is extremely responsive and a perfect representative for us. Although we live in Victoria and our investment property is in Qld, the interaction with Chantal gives us an immense peace of mind and we never feel like “absent landlords”.

Ben Stockwell was a huge help with finding myself and my family a new home. We received a professional service, where he personally helped us with our application and everything entailed. It would have been so stressful finding somewhere without his help. He had excellent communication with us the whole process, even taking us through at 7pm to help with the long hours my wife and I work.
